The goal of the IHRC is to initiate cross-disciplinary conversations embedded in the humanities and the social sciences while intersecting with the arts and other disciplines, through a series of coordinated activities and opportunities that allow researchers at UBC to build capabilities and connections that enhance research at UBC. The Cluster is a grass-roots initiative, seeking to enable research to arise from diverse locations, in diverse modes: one key element of our work is the support of Cluster Member-initiated workshops and exploratory projects. Here we showcase the diverse initiatives pursued by Cluster Members with IHRC support.
