The Interdisciplinary Histories Research Cluster brings together scholars from diverse disciplines to work collaboratively on projects that explore our shared and contested pasts, and their implications for the present. It is a grass-roots initiative, seeking to enable research to arise from diverse locations, in diverse modes, from across UBC. We also support public-facing events that engage with the past; see "Events" in the menu above to explore.
We have announced the following activities for W2020 and Summer 2021, based on a Call for Proposals that was completed in early August 2020.
